Orange suddenly presents a series of novelties that will be very welcome by the operator’s balance customers.
New Orange Recharge and Earn program
Orange is one of the operators that rewards prepaid customers the most and best. The loyalty program that was in force until now made the customer receive specific prizes based on the amount of the recharge.
However, this changes from August 1 with the new Recarga y Gana loyalty program from Orange Spain. The orange operator now offers its prepaid customers the chance to become the protagonists of their own benefits and choose the rewards they want for themselves. To do this they will have to choose them in My Orange, the operator’s personal area. If you have a Go Fly, Run or Walk rate, you automatically participate for free in the Recharge and Earn program.
The motto of the new renewed program is quite clear: “each reloads a prize”. All Orange customers with an active SIM card in the prepaid model who make a minimum recharge of 10 euros (or the amount equivalent to their usual fee) will receive an award in recognition of their loyalty as a customer. If you recharge online through the My Orange application, the customer area or the website, you will access exclusive prizes for using these channels.
Among the variety of prizes you can choose between experiences of health, well-being, leisure, training, travel, gastronomic experiences. They will also be able to temporarily improve the conditions of their own telephone rate with gig awards or extra balance (if you choose an award to enjoy it on your mobile, such as a GB bonus, it will only be available for the phone that recharged).
If you recharge from My Orange, it will directly take you to choose the prize you want. If you do not choose the prize at that time, you can check your prizes in My Orange in the “My Recharge and Earn” section. If you do not do it from My Orange, you will receive an SMS with the link to My Orange where you can make the exchange.
Recharge by Bizum
Also from August 1, prepaid Orange customers will have a novelty that will facilitate the recharging process. The orange operator adds Bizum as a payment method to make top-ups for its customers increasingly simple and easy.
This new means of payment already appears among the options available in the operator’s usual balance recharge process. It is very simple, access the website of the Online recharge available at Orange.es
- Enter the phone number you want to recharge
- Enter the amount you want to recharge (minimum 5 euros)
- Choose if you want to pay with your credit card or through Bizum.
- Enter the details of your credit or debit card or the telephone number associated with Bizum.
- Your bank could ask you to confirm your payment through your digital banking, either through the website or your bank’s own application. In the case of Bizum, you will have to enter the PIN of the service to authorize the payment.
