Two of the MVNOs in our country with the greatest pull among customers are Lowi and Jazztel. Both operators offer a great service with a good number of rates, both mobile only, fiber only and convergent offer. In this article we are going to review everything that each operator offers, putting all these services of both operators face to face.

As we say, the two MVNOs that we bring you today face to face offer quite similar services, although with differences in the contracting conditions and in the modalities that they have available.

Mobile only rates

Starting with Jazztel, we are going to find that this operator has two different rates to contract. Both rates have unlimited calls, so the main difference between the two is to be found in the gigabytes offered by each one. The first of these rates offers 15 GB of data at the price of 9.95 euros per month, and the second does the same with 30 GB of data for 14.95 euros per month.

These Jazztel rates also allow us to accumulate GB from one month to the next, something that will allow us to have gigabytes to spare if we are one of those who do not spend too much data. Another very interesting option that Jazztel allows is to add additional lines to be able to share and accumulate gigabytes between the lines. The prices and data that these rates have are exactly the same as those above. Jazztel’s legal conditions specify that these rates do not have any type of permanence.

Turning now to Lowi, we are going to see that we have four different rates available to hire. In the case of Lowi, as is the case with Jazztel, the only differences between the different rates of this operator are going to be seen in the number of gigabytes they offer and in the price, since they all have unlimited calls. In this way, we are going to find ourselves with the following rates: 12 GB (7.95 euros per month), 25 GB (11.95 euros per month), 50 GB (14.95 euros per month) and 100 GB (19 .95 euros per month).

Lowi also offers us the possibility of accumulating those gigabytes that we do not spend during a month to spend them the following month. In addition, Lowi also allows gigabytes to be shared between clients of the same operator. These rates, as is the case with Jazztel, do not have any type of permanence associated with them.

Jazztel

Fiber only rates

Going to talk about fiber optic offers only, the truth is that this is where we are going to start to see more differences between both operators. Starting again to talk about Jazztel, this operator has 3 different modalities of only fiber, each one with a different speed. With this operator we will be able to contract 300 Mbps for 28.95 euros per month, 600 Mbps for 29.95 per month and 1000 Mbps for 30.95 euros per month.

All these rates include a landline phone without minutes included, so you will pay for everything you talk. There is the possibility that you take any of these three fiber offers with unlimited calls from the landline, for which you will have to pay only 3 euros per month more. These prices include both the installation and the router, so you will not have to pay anything else. The three fiber modalities have an associated stay of 9 months.

If we now focus on Lowi, we can find how this Vodafone MVNO offers two different fiber rates. These rates are very identical to each other, with the difference in the speed offered by each of them. The most basic that Lowi offers is 300 Mbps, and it does so for 24.95 euros per month. The second, the most powerful fiber that Lowi offers, is 600 Mbps, and in this case it is priced at 29.95 euros per month.

With Lowi you have to have some considerations with which it differs significantly from the competition. The first one is that Lowi does not offer any type of landline service in its fiber packages, and we will not have the option to contract separately. The second of these considerations is that Lowi does charge for the installation of the router, with a price of 30 euros. On the other hand, the permanence that we will have with Lowi will be considerably less, since it is only 3 months.

Convergent offers and television

On this occasion, there are four fiber plus mobile rates or packages offered by both companies. Starting this time with Lowi, we see how this operator offers its customers 3 different modalities with 300 Mbps of fiber, and only one with its maximum speed, which as we have said before is 600 Mbps. The three that it offers differ, as always, on the mobile phone. These rates offer a line with unlimited calls and 10 GB (29.95 euros per month), one line with unlimited calls and 50 GB (34.95 euros per month) and two unlimited lines with 20 GB (36.90 euros per month ). On the other hand, the convergent rate with 600 Mbps has a line with 50 GB of data for 39.95 euros per month.

In these Lowi fiber and mobile packages we must bear in mind that the mobile does not have any type of permanence, but the fiber does (3 months, the same as in the fiber-only rates). Lowi also allows us to add additional lines to these packages, costing these 9.95 euros per month (25 GB of unlimited data and calls), 5.95 euros per month (15 GB of unlimited data and calls) and 2.95 euros per month (5 GB of data and unlimited calls).

With Jazztel we are also going to see some quite important differences. The four convergent offers of this operator are divided into two groups, depending on the type of fiber that we contract. On the one hand, we have the 300 Mbps fiber, which we can take with a mobile line with 30 GB of data and unlimited calls for 39.95 euros per month, or with two mobile lines with 24 GB to share between both for the same price. On the other hand, we have exactly the same characteristics in mobile lines but with 1000 Mbps fiber, both costing 47.95 euros per month.

All these packages offered by this operator have a permanence commitment, which on this occasion is 12 months. Jazztel also allows us to contract additional lines if we want, although in this case we will only have two types available with unlimited calls: 30 GB for 12 euros per month and 12 GB for 8 euros per month.

The big difference that we are going to find in this comparative article is in television, and that is that while Jazztel offers it, Lowi does not. Jazztel TV has a cost of 4.95 euros per month, and gives access to more than 60 thematic channels of all kinds, as well as allowing us to record our favorite content or access the programming of the last seven days.
