MasMovil is launching a new fibre and mobile combo with the best price: less than 30 euros. This makes it the cheapest alternative when it comes to contracting a convergent package from the yellow operator. Until now, the cheapest option was the fibre rate with 300 Mbps and mobile with 35 GB for 34.90 euros. However, now you can pay less every month if you contract this new plan from the operator.
It seems that, in light of the latest moves by operators this summer, MasMovil has wanted to surprise and launch this fibre + mobile combination. It is especially surprising because this new rate is cheaper than the combinations of O2, Simyo, Lowi… and other operators.
The new tariff with final price
This is not a special promotion or discount rate from MasMovil. This time, the operator is launching a new convergent fiber and mobile plan for less than 30 euros per month. Basically, with this rate it seems that the yellow operator is looking to compete against the cheapest rates of the rest of the telecos. So this is what this new combo includes:
- Optical fiber with 300 Mbps symmetrical.
- 5G mobile with 12 GB and unlimited calls.
- Landline with unlimited calls to other landlines and 30 minutes to mobile numbers.
The price is 29.90 euros per month, making it the only MasMovil fibre + mobile alternative that has been priced below 30 euros for a long time. As for the rest of the features that you should take into account, this rate includes free installation and WiFi router. In addition, as a promotion, the operator gives you the opportunity to upgrade to 1 Gbps at the same price for 3 months. The thing is, once this time has passed, the rate will go up to 39.90 euros every month.
On the other hand, regarding the permanence of MasMovil, the yellow operator sets it at 3 months so that you do not have to pay any type of penalty. If you cancel before three months, you have to pay 229.9 euros VAT included. And if the equipment is not returned within a period of 30 days, the penalty is 121 euros VAT included.
Is it better than O2’s €30 tariff?
It should be noted that there are differences between the two rates. To start with, the MasMovil option is 10 cents cheaper every month. In addition, it also includes 2 GB more for the 5G mobile line. However, O2 customers who sign up for their fibre + mobile combination will enjoy Movistar’s 5G+ network and also two more aspects: unlimited SMS and a landline with unlimited calls to both landlines and calls to national mobiles. So there are different aspects in which they differ. Even so, with this latest move by MasMovil it is clear that it intends to compete head-to-head against the rest of the telephone companies that lower or market combined rates of 30 euros.
