Telephone companies continually renew their respective portfolios to attract more audiences and grow their customer base. Simyo is one of the operators that has recently changed its rates to give them a breath of fresh air and thus reduce the ground of its rivals. However, it must continue working to improve its services, since it has already received some complaints in an important aspect that it has to improve if it really wants to catch up with the competition.
Simyo is one of the low-cost teleoperators that is part of the conglomerate formed by the MasOrange joint-venture. Today, it offers coverage to its customers through Orange’s 5G mobile signal in most of the national territory, as well as its fiber network, which supplies thousands of customers in Spain.
During the last few months, the company has not stopped establishing a series of modifications to its website so that customers are clearer about which Internet and mobile rates to choose with an intuitive customization system, so that they can choose between different characteristics of the lines more easily. However, its users miss a clear incentive that its major competitors have had for a long time.
The wake-up call that Simyo receives
There is no doubt that in the telecommunications sector, operators that offer more for less obtain greater benefits, that is, more services for less price. Currently there are a large number of alternatives to choose from and it is important to compare costs with the main objective that you also get a bonus. But we all agree that this reciprocity must be obtained as long as a good service is offered for the best possible amount.
Although Simyo has made an effort to gain more subscribers over the past year, the truth is that there are those who think that its rates continue to have a small handicap that harms its image compared to other low-cost operators: mobile data is scarcer than the competition for a similar price.
This has caused controversy on social networks, whose clients have not hesitated to expose their situation compared to that of others who already get many more gigabytes for the same amount they are paying. This does not put Simyo on the ropes by any means, but it is a wake-up call that never hurts to reflect so that the level of service offered can be increased.

Digi and Lowi offer more mobile data for the same price
It goes without saying that Digi is one of the entities that is growing the most in the number of ports, since it is already shown in the monthly results, and proof of this is the very affordable rates that it puts into circulation through its website. For its part, Lowi is also doing its homework and has not hesitated to establish better conditions to gain access with its own fiber at a low price.
If we see the mobile part in each of these virtual operators and referring to the same requirements as Simyo, we can clearly see that for a price of around 7 euros. Proof of this is that, while the Orange operator has a rate of 18 GB of mobile data for 7.50 euros, Digi offers 30 GB of mobile Internet for that same value. In this way, Lowi goes up to 8 euros with a total amount of 25 GB of mobile data.
Therefore, the Romanian wins the game by a landslide. Let’s hope that in the future this will help Simyo in some way to enter the game and continue climbing positions.
