How to activate my SEPE electronic notifications?

If you have recently had to carry out a procedure with the Public Administration, or you are planning to do so soon, knowing how electronic notifications work is convenient for you. Through this system, communication can be much more fluid, reducing possible waits for a procedure in which we have some interest, such as those related to the SEPE. We tell you how you can activate it.

He Public Service of State Employment, known as SEPE, offers us the possibility of registering through the Virtual Office to receive all types of notifications related to unemployment benefits, like other organizations that belong to the Public Administration. Through this type of services, the aim is to make the information more immediate, avoiding the waiting time for postal mail, while at the same time seeking to improve the experience of its users and avoid possible loss of information due to having given, for example, a wrong address.

Although we currently have stable work, it never hurts to know this route and how we can activate it to be able to use it when necessary. Below, we tell you all the steps that need to be followed.

Activating electronic notifications

First of all, we must go to the SEPE main page, which we can access through this link. If we are not used to carrying out any type of procedure in it, it is possible that it may be somewhat complex to understand initially. We must find the Electronic Notifications section, which is usually among the highlighted operations, and click on it. If it is not visible, we can also access the same option by going to the Procedures and electronic services section and then in People.

Once we access the new page, we have to click on one of the central icons. The one who says Subscription to electronic notifications.

On the next page we will be informed of the entire procedure, as well as the requirements and how any type of knowledge that we carry out with the Administration will work from that moment on. We must click on the Continue button if we agree with everything and, subsequently, select the method with which we want to identify ourselves. As is usually the case in these cases, they offer us the four main methods: Username and password, Digital Certificate, electronic DNI and Cl@ve.

If we have carried out all the steps correctly, on the next screen we will only have to choose what those services are in which we are interested in being registered. From this moment, all communications that have to do with the procedure with which we have carried out the minutes will be through the SEPE.

How can I access notifications?

Until now, we have verified what steps we must carry out in the registration process. But, from this moment and as we have already mentioned, all notifications will be made through this means. Therefore, it is important to know how we can carry out the consultation.

Again, we must go to the SEPE main page, access the Electronic Notifications section and then click on electronic notifications, as we will see in the following image.

Next, we must identify ourselves with one of the four methods that we have previously mentioned, if we have not done so before. And our notification mailbox will appear, where we can access the history of SEPE notifications.
