It arrived practically without warning, after the already well-known LFC 700 (LF-01 in its prototype phase), a muscle bike inspired by the Ducati XDiavel: we are talking about the Benda LFS 700, a mix between streetfighter and flat-track.
Like the LFC, it’s powered by a 680cc inline 4-cylinder that looks a lot like the Honda CB650. 92.5 hp is declared for this engine, whose main aesthetic feature is its two flat exhaust pipes with raised outlet on both sides of the tail.
The LFS is lighter (217kg claimed) than the LFC, and rides on more standard wheels (120/70 and 180/50) than the muscle bike (which uses a huge 240 rear tire).
The chassis is mixed, made of steel and aluminum, with a swingarm made of this material that holds a rear shock absorber on the right, without linkages, in the Kawasaki ER-6 and Versys 650 style. Of course, the suspensions are KYB and the brakes are Brembo. with radial forceps. The instrumentation is a full color TFT screen.
Unable to meet demand
And all this at a price in China equivalent to €5,400, which has meant an avalanche of orders that the factory is unable to assimilate. This has led to the suppression of all kinds of new reservations until the many that are still pending can be served.
There is no news that the Benda LFS 700. Possibly and if they were offered at a similar price to China it could mean an added problem. This is really dying of success.
