A complete collection of cars with up to 12 classic and very interesting Renault models is currently being auctioned on the Internet.
Car auctions are on the rise and more and more people are interested in acquiring vehicles through this type of purchase, especially since the Internet has made it easier to access these sales from any corner of the planet. Today we talk about this complete collection with up to 12 classic Renault models that is currently being auctioned.
Collecting Cars is the company in charge of auctioning the twelve lots that make up the vehicle collection. It highlights, above all, that the cars belonged to the collection of Renault UK (the subsidiary of the brand in the United Kingdom) before they were sold to a dealer. Now that dealer wants to get rid of the cars and they are sold separately.
A complete collection with 12 classic Renault models is auctioned
Among the vehicles that make up the collection we find a Renault 4GTL and a R5 GTL Superfive, as well as three generations of the Clio in RT, Grande and Dynamique versions. Also on offer is a 1997 Sport Spider, the first road car to bear the Renault Sport badge, and a 2015 Mégane RS 275 Trohpy-R, the most modern in the entire collection.
The vehicles are cars in completely original condition and with low mileage. Older models joined the collection with only one or two previous owners. All of them have been meticulously preserved and are offered for auction fully operational.
The oldest in the collection is a 1977 Alpine A1600SX, a specimen that represents the latest model in the classic A110 line. The car belonged to a Spanish rally champion (not specifically specified) from whom Renault UK bought the vehicle directly.
Other models included in the collection are two Mégane R26.R from 2008, a Clio Mk1, a Clio 182 from 2005, a Clio Mk2 and a Clio Mk3. But the most striking is the Renault Clio V6 Phase II from 2005 with only 24,000 km traveled, finished in Liquid Yellow (one of the 18 copies in this color that was sold in the United Kingdom) and belonged to the Renault UK press park.
All twelve vehicles are currently being auctioned through Collecting Cars. The sale is scheduled to end next Sunday, March 13 at 7:00 p.m. Here you can see all the available lots, detailed information, images of each vehicle and you even have the possibility to bid for the one that interests you the most.
