They say there is only one thing more than a Ferrari…
Many and varied have been the consequences of the torrential rains that have devastated Florida (United States) during the past summer. The material losses have been considerable, among them, many high-end (and not high-end) cars have been completely unusable.
During those days, a video went viral on social networks showing the unfortunate state in which a garage full of luxury cars clearly damaged by water had been left. Two models appear in the sequence whose fate we now know will be: a Ferrari SF90 Stradale and a Rolls Royce Cullinam.
From flooded to auctioned
Weeks after the cars have been completely rendered useless by the water we have learned that they very possibly have a second life with another owner.
The two flooded cars appear in the catalog of the next auction of the Copart auction house.
In the information published by the auction house, it indicates, for the time being, the date and price of the auction; but it is expected that the figures that are handled will be high since there are those who say that there is only one thing more valuable than a Ferrari and it is a damaged Ferrari.
The auction house also does not indicate what damage the two vehicles that it will put up for auction have suffered, not even if they are repairable or the car of said repair if possible.
From the photos it can be seen that, at least on the outside, the two vehicles have been fully reconditioned. It is to be hoped that they have taken the same care inside; What remains most doubtful is whether the engine will have been able to recover in the same way.
