The dinosaurs are back and this time they are accompanied by a new protagonist and that is that the Montesa Cota 4Ride appears in Jurassic World Dominion.
Thanks to the distribution of a trailer for the new “Jurassic” film that will be released next June, we have learned that the two wheels appear again in a prominent place.
It is not the first time that a motorcycle appears in the well-known film saga dedicated to dinosaurs, since its protagonist, Chris Pratt, piloted a Triumph Scrambler in Jurassic World -which was auctioned in 2015-.
On this occasion, the famous actor -also known for being the protagonist of Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy”- rides a motorcycle again to flee from the fearsome Velociraptors.
And the one chosen for this occasion is the Montesa Cota 4Ride, the trial excursion of the firm of the big M under the umbrella of Honda, a motorcycle with which Pratt dodges dinosaurs and dangers with great mastery -his double, obviously-.

Specifically, the action scenes with the Montesa Cota 4Ride from Jurassic World Dominion are shot on the Mediterranean island of Malta.
And it is that the 4Ride has a Maltese license plate, in addition to the fact that this location is also mentioned in the summary of the film.
Another detail is that since this film began shooting in 2019 and was interrupted by the pandemic, the Montesa Cota 4Ride sports the decoration of that year’s model.
Let’s remember that the Montesa Cota 4Ride is a trial bike with a larger capacity fuel tank, a soft seat and designed for quiet excursions through the countryside, not for competing or doing pirouettes.
Its engine is the renowned single-cylinder 4T cycle of the brand’s trial bikes -LC, 4V, SOHC, PGM-FI- of 258.9 cc, mounted on a double aluminum beam chassis for a weight of only 82 kg.
To see Chris Prat in action on the Cota, accompanied by the first protagonists of Jurassic Park, Laura Dern and Sam Neil, we will have to wait until June, a film directed by an almost debutante Colin Trevorrow.
We leave you with the official YouTube trailer.
