McLaren changes livery for the next two races.
The McLaren F1 team has unveiled a special livery for the next two races of the season, which will take place at the long-awaited Singapore and Japanese Grands Prix. The new decoration, which celebrates the association with the cryptocurrency company OKX, is called “Future Mode”.
The cars of Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo will change color in order to celebrate the return of Formula 1 to Asia after two years of absence due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The papaya orange that characterizes the McLaren MCL36 and the black color will now be accompanied by elements in pink and illustrations of the motor world with a “cyberpunk” inspiration

The design illustrates the arrival of new technologies in the region, referring to the cryptocurrency markets, and is inspired by the urban landscapes of Singapore and Japan, where F1 returns after three years.
McLaren drivers Norris and Ricciardo will also wear a special suit for this occasion, in keeping with their car livery. Likewise, the British team will launch a jersey that can be purchased through the team’s online store, and the official F1 2022 video game will also offer this decoration to fans so that they can compete with it virtually.
