Bad news for Movistar Plus+ customers, since one of the channels that were available until now has disappeared. The reasons are unknown, but the channel is no longer accessible and users have already begun to notice its absence.
No one likes having channels disappear from the television service they subscribe to. In this case, we are talking about Movistar Plus+, where fiber customers had access to the channel in question through dial number 143. It was Telefe Internacional, a chain that had more relevance than you can imagine if you were not a regular on the same.
Surprise disappearance
The channel has flown from the Movistar Plus+ grid and, at the same time, if we try to enter the service’s programming section on its website, we will see that the entire channel page is empty. It should not be ruled out that, for whatever reason, it was an error. It is something that could happen, but we would have to realize that the channel has disappeared unless there is breaking news. At the moment, Telefe has not published any comments on the matter and neither has Movistar, although it is true that it is not usual to announce the elimination of channels.
For some Movistar Plus+ subscribers, the presence of Telefe Internacional was important, since it is a famous Argentine network that served as a connection point for the country’s citizens residing in Spain. As with other channels of Latin American origin, it was a lifeline for many people who could feel homesick for their homeland living in our country.
Very fresh programming
There are many contents that had provided entertainment to Movistar Plus+ subscribers through Telefe Internacional, but possibly one of the most important has been La Voz Argentina. The famous musical program has enjoyed great popularity and its presence on the channel has helped the singers who have appeared on it to be heard throughout Spain.
The channel also has a wide series of soap operas, travel programs, magazines, talk shows and interviews, as well as spaces dedicated to culture or content for children. Even without knowing it, just taking a look at its programming, which continues to be broadcast today even though the channel is not visible on Movistar Plus+, offers a good selection of content.

With this disappearance, as Movistar Plus+ users comment, one of the channels that gave voice to Latin America and that offered more general content has been eliminated. Now there are five channels of this type in which citizens from places like Mexico, Colombia or Chile have the opportunity to connect with their countries and enjoy some of their content. It should not be ruled out that, in any case, Movistar Plus+ has the intention of adding a new channel in the future or even renewing the contract with Telefe Internacional if many users request it. One of the advantages of Movistar Plus+ is that the operator’s television service is always adding new channels and looking for ways to surprise its customers with new opportunities to have a good time. So, in any case, let’s not rule out that in the future there will be some novelty that will help us to have, once again, a great connection with Argentine television.
