The design of the new Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 revolves around the 648 cc Twin mechanics from the Chennai house. This engine, which since 2018 has been driving the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650, has already shown good signs of its potential and is now in charge of driving this brand new cruiser.
As you will remember, it is a two-cylinder with a crankshaft set at 270º, double overhead camshaft, 8 valves and balance shaft, as well as a 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch. Royal Enfield declares for him 47 CV at 7,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 52.3 Nm at 5,650 laps.
