Schedules and how to see the presentation of Fernando Alonso’s Aston Martin AMR23.
Has arrived the time of truth. Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll will discover today their new Formula 1 car, the Aston Martin AMR23, at the long-awaited presentation event, which will take place this afternoon at 8:00 p.m. If you want to see live what the new ‘weapon’ of the two-time Spanish champion is like, you’re in luck, because it can be followed online and on TV.
For just over a week, Formula 1 teams have been revealing the cars with which they will compete in the 2023 season of the premier class. We have seen the cars (or decorations, in some cases), from Red Bull, Haas, Alfa Romeo, Williams, Alpha Tauri… and today comes the most anticipated moment: the presentation of Fernando Alonso’s Aston Martin.
The AMR23 will be unveiled at the team headquarters in Silverstone at an unusual time, at 8:00 p.m. in the afternoon in mainland Spain, which will be 7:00 p.m. in Great Britain (the team’s country of origin) and 12:00 p.m. 00h from Canada, where the owner of the team – Lawrence Stroll – and the other team driver and his son, Lance Stroll, are from.
The expectation for the arrival of the new car, created under the baton of Adrian Newey’s former right-hand man at Red Bull, Dan Fallows, is high. The Spanish fans, after the arrival of Alonso to the team, are no exception, and for this reason the presentation can be followed live and on television.
How to watch the Aston Martin F1 presentation on TV or the internet
You will be able to see the presentation of Alonso and Stroll’s Aston Martin AMR23 through the official Aston Martin Youtube channel (this is the link for the presentation of the car). As we have indicated above, the event will start at 8:00 p.m.
The first images of AMR23 can also be seen on DAZN F1 through TV or on a mobile device by accessing the platform. As DAZN has indicated, they will connect live at the start of the event.
The Aston Martin AMR23 will be the second presentation of the day, since two hours before, at 6:00 p.m., the McLaren MCL60 will be unveiled.
And you, are you looking forward to getting to know Fernando Alonso’s Aston Martin? Now yes: the (last?) great adventure of the Spaniard in F1 begins.
