In this first video with the 2023 BMW X1 we tell you how it has changed compared to the previous generation and we also show you the great novelty: the 100% electric iX1 version, which goes on sale for the first time.
In the information that we have already prepared about the BMW X1 2023 you will be able to know in depth all the details, although in this video you can see with your own eyes how the German compact SUV has changed.
On the outside it adds to the brand image of the latest BMW models to hit the market. this is something that can be seen in the grille, which is now squarer, and also in the front end, which is straighter and taller than before.
The exterior style varies depending on the finish you choose. There are three: the normal, xLine and M Sport. In the video you can discover the specific differences between them. Although I can tell you that the rims are gaining size and are now 17″ as standard and up to 20″ as an option.
The available mechanical range is really varied, since there are combustion, gasoline and diesel engines of 136 and 150 CV, respectively, which are the ones that are available at the time of its launch in October.
Although the great novelty, which is the iX1 xDrive30, that is, the 100% electric variant, which has two motors, 313 hp and a range of up to 438 km, will arrive in November along with two plug-in hybrid versions, with 245 and 326 hp, respectively.
Inside we find a fairly spacious cabin for this segment, like the trunk, which covers 540 to 1,600 liters, which are 490-1,495 liters in the case of the iX1. Although what is most striking is the new configuration, which is inspired by the BMW iX and is almost the same as the one already released by the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer.
A curved double screen is now the protagonist, along with a floating center console in which only the essential buttons have been left.
And now we only have to tell you the price. The new BMW X1 will be available from 40,900 euros, which is what the sDrive 18d costs. The most expensive, of course, is the iX1, which costs 54,900 euros, just the same as the 326 hp plug-in hybrid. In both cases, price without government discounts applied.
