VOGE 300 Rally: Pure Trail Adventure
New addition to the increasingly extensive Voge catalog and, on this occasion, in the 300 cc displacement. However, and although Voge usually shares the same base with other models in its family, the new Rally has its own personality as it uses an original and unique to the brand with a double beam frame with a double steel cradle that is completed with a robust cast aluminum swingarm. In addition, following the trends of this type of motorcycle, the Voge 300 Rally completes this perimeter structure with a bolted rear subframe that facilitates repair and maintenance tasks.
Its aesthetic is striking, following the trends of the official models that participate in the great African rallies, especially the Dakar. Especially in its front part with that double headlight optic independent of the direction and that joins the rest of the motorcycle body through moldings. A smoked-tone windscreen-screen is mounted on the headlight assembly that perfectly covers the pilot and protects the instrument panel assembly based on a very complete backlit panoramic LCD screen with three different colors to choose from, and equipped on its left side with a very practical USB socket to connect a mobile and use it as a GPS navigator.
To improve its “off-road” behavior, the Voge 300 Rally uses wheels with very “country” measurements of 21 and 18 inches and, of course, with spoked rims whose rim has been painted in very striking bicolor tones. The tires used are very glued studs with a good predisposition for use on asphalt sections. Both wheels have powerful disc brakes complemented by an anti-lock ABS system that can be switched off for off-road use through a switch that integrates the left rear-view mirror support.
As far as suspension is concerned, the Voge 300 Rally uses top quality elements such as the inverted fork and the rear monoshock absorber supported by linkages that provide their respective wheels with a long travel to absorb the irregularities typical of off-road use. The “off-road” endowment is completed with a skid plate in the double cradle, some very well collected tube side fenders and a rear rack that also serves as handles for the passenger and is ready to receive a kit of side cases. and Top Case to reinforce your adventurous spirit on long-distance trips.
For the engine, the 292 cc mechanics common with the rest of the 300 family (AC, ACX, DS and R) are used. It is a single cylinder with liquid cooling, six-speed gearbox and cylinder head with double overhead camshafts (DOHC) and 4 valves. Compared to the rest of the Voge 300 range, this engine registers more power and torque under Euro 5 homologation: 29 hp at 8,500 rpm and 25 Nm at 7,000 rpm.
The new Voge 300 Rally is available with an introductory price of €4,489 (well below other similar options such as the Honda CRF300) which is added to the free insurance promotion (for people over 25 years of age and with a 2+ year license). and with the official 36-month warranty that Voge had already been offering in its entire range of models.
