From April 29 to May 1, the organizers of the popular Crom Ride Girona offer us a new and original experience; the “100Colls”. A three-day route during which we will be able to cover some of the 100 mountain passes of the Catalan territory. A new adventure that will become, without any doubt, a paradise for lovers of curves.Challenge “100Colls” – 2022
As usual in events organized by the experienced agency CROM Eevents & Communications, the “100Colls” is not a competitive route against the clock, but an individual or group experience, which in this specific case, has a high dose of strategy and planning. And it is that each participant will have three days to cover the maximum number of the 100 mountain passes proposed by the Catalan territory. Each of them with a weighted score, established after a meticulous study by the organizers, using parameters according to their unevenness, length, situation, difficulty…
A very interesting aspect is that each participant will choose their starting point, time and route. Having 48 hours to go (from 1:00 p.m. on April 29, until 1:00 p.m. on May 1), to win this original proposal, ending in the geographical center of Catalonia, the Món Sant Benet, very close to Manresa .

In the “100Colls” we can register and participate alone, but also as a couple or even with a group of friends. Each participant will decide where to stop, where to eat, where to sleep, and the spirit that they want to give to their experience: they will only have two obligatory time slots for their departure and rest. To do this, he can use any type of navigator, app, map, or, of course, the infallible sense of orientation of all motards.
Despite this excellent logistical and organizational freedom regarding the chosen route, each participant will also be monitored by the organization through a tracking system that will establish, in real time, the points achieved in each port. The objective is the challenge of connecting the ports in succession to obtain the maximum score and enjoy the best roads discovering new places. As the organizer states, “In the 100Colls, the challenge is not the destination, it is the journey”.

Although in the “100Colls” different final categories will be established (according to the maximum points credited in the ports crossed, the best group entered…), there will not be a single winner, since all the participants who have credited a minimum of points will win the challenge of being a 100Colls Master in the Gold, Silver or Bronze category, depending on the points obtained, titles that will be especially rewarded at a lunch-party for the awards ceremony.
