Arsys is one of the best-known hosting platforms in our country, hosting thousands of websites from all kinds of sectors, including some public institutions. Just a few minutes ago, a massive outage was detected in its services that would be causing chaos on thousands of websites in our country. We will tell you all the details.

A simple search through our favorite social networks is enough to see how many users are reporting the impossibility of accessing some of the websites they usually visit for no apparent reason.

The reason behind this chaos is none other than a fault affecting one of the most popular hosting platforms in our country: Arsys. We will tell you everything that is known so far and we will keep updating as we learn more news.

@arsys Hi Arsys. You have a super mega fault and we can’t contact support. All DNS down. Servers. What a mess. Is there anyone on 7×24? Not even a statement?

Thousands of sites without service

Don’t try it: any page that depends on Arsys is down. We are facing a massive failure that has been acknowledged by the company itself and, despite the fact that they have stated that they are working to solve it as soon as possible, it seems that we are still far from it.

The damage is even greater if we take into account, as we have already mentioned, that there are quite a few websites of public institutions that are being affected by this problem. Therefore, many citizens who are trying to carry out a procedure are encountering an incident that prevents them from continuing with it. This can become a problem of biblical proportions if we take into account that many of these procedures have expiration dates and we may find ourselves in the unpleasant situation of ours being close to reaching its end.

No support

The situation is desperate for many companies that have their websites hosted with them. In addition to the problems that are occurring in their operation, those clients of the platform that are being affected by this massive incident are also stating that they have been left without support and that they cannot contact anyone from the company to obtain more information on the matter.

This is a rather discouraging scenario, as they cannot provide service to their customers nor can they find help from the service they have contracted: a rather agonizing situation for all those online businesses that depend on their website working correctly so that they can operate normally.

It could be a failure in the DNS resolution that causes us to be unable to access any of the websites that have a service with them. If we check on Downdetector, we can see the increase in the volume of incidents they have had during the last few hours.
