Customers make this clear by responding to a satisfaction survey with their operators. And, within the top 5, the truth is that you will not find any of the large companies such as Movistar, Vodafone, Orange… However, the small operators are better valued among users, but which ones? ?
Even though large operators add more customers, the truth is that this does not mean that everyone likes it. In fact, the latest survey carried out by the OCU with more than 16,000 users shows how small operators beat the largest companies in the telecommunications market.
Small operators win
It is clear that, when contracting a rate, users always look for the best connection whether it is for fiber or Internet at home, in addition to good coverage. However, those minimum conditions that everyone looks for in an operator are not always met.
To find out the degree of customer satisfaction, the OCU has carried out a survey in which users have made clear their opinion and assessment about their mobile rates, Internet at home, landline telephones and even pay television. .
The most surprising of all is that none of the large operators in our country are in the top five of the best valued companies. On the other hand, there are other smaller brands that have earned the trust of customers. This survey marks the level of satisfaction at different points:
- Mobile telephony
Believe it or not, the operators that are best rated by customers are Parlem with 85 points, Pepephone with a score of 83, O2 with 81 points, Simyo with 79 points and PTV Telecom with 78 (in this order). In the case of the big ones, Movistar is left with 72 and is above Vodafone and Orange.
- Internet connection at home
There is no doubt that one of the most important points is the quality of the Internet connection at home. According to the more than 16,000 respondents, 84% have fiber optics, and the most striking thing of all is that Simyo Internet rates They are the ones that have achieved the best rating with 86 points of global satisfaction. Movistar is left with a 72, Orange with a 67 and Vodafone with 64. Among other companies, Digi is in sixth position with 79 points.
- pay TV
Not all companies have pay TV, so the streaming platforms offered by operators have been evaluated here:
-
- Filmin with 76 points.
- Disney+ with 76 points.
- Netflix with 73 points.
- Flixolé with 70 points.
- Apple with TV+ 70 points.
- Prime Video with 70 points.
Who are the most satisfied customers?
In short, there are clients who are very happy with their operators, while others are not so satisfied with the rate they have contracted from one of these operators. For example, this survey shows that, in general terms, the telephone company Parlem is the best valued and Pepephone in second place.
On the other hand, there are operators like Orange or Vodafone that barely approve of each of the services that have been added in this survey. On the other hand, Movistar or Digi are above, but do not reach the level of other small operators.
