Fiber rates for a second residence

It is not about 4G or 5G Internet plans to have a connection on vacation, but about fiber optic rates. And more and more operators are joining forces to offer lower prices if their current customers contract more than one fiber rate, for example, when they want to have fixed broadband in another home.

Among the operators that have at least one rate of these characteristics are Vodafone, Orange, Simyo, Finetwork or Movistar. And the truth is that they are not the only companies. Therefore, there is no choice but to review the catalog of these operators to find the best plan for this summer, or even for the rest of the year:

  • Movistar

The blue operator is one of the last to join the renewal bandwagon. In this case, it is launched to change the additional fiber plans, that is, for second homes with lower prices. Therefore, you can contract fixed broadband at the best price: 10 Mbps for 14.90 euros per month, 300 Mbps for 19.90 euros per month and 1 Gbps for 24.90 euros per month. Depending on the speed you choose and whether it is indirect or direct fiber, you can only pay 9.95 euros during the first year. Keep in mind that it is a 12-month stay.

  • Vodafone

Another operator to have fixed fiber broadband for a second home is Vodafone. In the case of the red operator, it offers fiber optics with 300 Mbps and a landline with unlimited calls is included.
