From January 26 to February 13, as a Movistar television customer you will be able to enjoy some of the best Spanish cinema films that have made it to the Goya 2024. And as expected, this channel will open under the name from ‘Los Goya by Movistar Plus+’.

On the other hand, it must be taken into account that many of the titles that can be enjoyed through this ephemeral channel dedicated to the Goya are already available on Movistar Plus+.

As is the case of ‘20,000 species of bees’, available from December 12 in Indie on M+ (dial 25), ‘I am loving you madly’ in Cinema on M+ (dial 12) from December 14, ‘Matria’ in Indie on M+, also from that same day or, ‘Upon Entry (La guerra)’ in Spanish Cinema on M+ (dial 26). And they are not the only titles, you can also find: ‘A not so simple life’, ‘Under therapy’, ‘Campeonex’ or ‘Mummies’.

Although this is only a small fraction of what can be seen on the new channel that will premiere in a few days on the Movistar Plus+ channel grid. And all because other winning films from previous years will also land, in addition to another selection of titles. So you will have the option to watch movies like (some are already available):

  • ‘Close your eyes’ by Víctor Erice with 11 nominations.
  • ‘They know that’ by David Trueba with 11 nominations.
  • ‘Un amor’ by Isabel Coixet with 7 nominations.
  • ‘The teacher who promised the sea’ with 4 nominations
  • ‘Robot Dreams’ with 4 nominations.
  • ‘Chinas’ with 4 nominations.
  • ‘O Corno’.
  • ‘Mamacruz’.
  • ‘The tenderness’.
  • ‘The Sultana’s Dream’.
  • ‘They shot the pianist’.

These titles will be available to everyone on Movistar Plus+. And, on the other hand, you can also enjoy the original Movistar Plus+ documentary: ‘This excessive ambition’. This title, which has also received a Goya nomination, is the film about C. Tangana directed by Santos Bacana, Cris Trenas and Rogelio González. And its premiere is set on the operator’s TV platform for January 22.

Therefore, these are some of the titles that will have the option of winning a prize next February 10 when the 38th edition of the Goya Awards takes place in Valladolid. And, of course, they can be seen on Movistar TV.
