It seems that the Chinese from Qianjiang Motorcycles do not stop producing models. Every so often we learn of a new one, either from QJMotor, or from Benelli. Well, his latest project is a QJMotor 650 Adventure with a V2 engine. A motorcycle known almost a year ago through some 3D sketches.

At first we thought that it might appear under the logo of the Italian brand, but it will finally be launched in China as QJMotor. But beware, Qianjiang Motorcycles’ expansion plans include the gradual introduction of this firm in the European market starting this year. The brand will arrive in Spain this coming September.

The motorcycle in question is already homologated in the Asian country, and the great novelty is undoubtedly the configuration of its engine. It is a 90º V-twin with liquid cooling. The exact displacement is 645 cc, with a bore per stroke of 81 x 62.5 mm. The declared maximum power is 76 hp. Its design is nailed to that of the Suzuki V-Strom 650, whose power is 70 hp in its latest Euro5 version.

Despite their similarity, design and manufacture are from Qianjiang Motorcycles. We also know the declared maximum speed, which is 185 km/h.

As for the cycle part, its tubular steel chassis, inverted KYB fork and progressive linkage monoshock absorber stand out. The wheelbase is 1,520 mm, and the tires are mixed, mounted on tubeless rims with spokes measuring 100/80-19” and 15070-17” at the front and rear, respectively. The calipers are Brembo radial with double front disc, the windshield is adjustable in height and the weight is 219 kg empty.

At the electronic level, the ABS of 9.1 MB from Bosch, the Full Led optical groups and the TFT instrumentation stand out.
