The psychological problems that the Bamber’s daughter was suffering from were well known to all members of the family.
Hours later, the other of the Bambers’ adopted sons calls the police to report the terrible discovery he has made: his parents, his sister and his nephews have been murdered. And from there begins a complicated investigation in which several names come to light as possible perpetrators of the brutal massacre that took place in the family’s country house. Both the police chief and the inspector in charge of the case bet on different suspects and everything becomes a complex path until a terrible conclusion is reached.
The story was widely heard in the United Kingdom and still has repercussions in British society today. This has led to the miniseries being positioned as one of the most notable true crime films in its category, a tragic story that leaves no one indifferent.
