Seat expands the range of the Tarraco 7-seater SUV with the launch of the new X-Prerience versions that are characterized by having new bumpers, alloy wheels of up to 20 inches, new seat upholstery and a series of equipment packages that group different options at a cheaper price than if they were assembled individually. This finish replaces the Xcellence as an alternative to the sportier FR and will be available with all the car’s engines at prices starting at 40,640 euros for the version with the 150 horsepower 1.5 TSi petrol engine.
The changes affect the rear bumper, the addition of optional 20” Supreme wheels and a number of interior touches such as microfiber upholstery with X-Perience logo inserts on the headrests and door sills. The design and colors of the inserts on the door panels and dashboard also change. This new finish arrives at the Tarraco after being launched on the Seat Ateca and the Seat Arona, the other two SUVs of the brand.
With the arrival of the X-Perience, the Tarraco range is made up of the Style, X-Perience and FR finishes. The new includes as standard the automatic change from low to high beams, the blind spot detector, the rear cross traffic alert, the pre-collision assistant, the rollover assistant, the automatic parking aid with a rear camera and the tailgate electric opening with foot operation, while the plug-in hybrid versions add the 9.2-inch infotainment screen.
The XL package, at a cost of 1,000 euros, adds the recognition of traffic signs, the aforementioned 9.2-inch screen, the 360º camera, the wireless charger and the front and rear heated seats. The XXL, priced at 1,300 euros, includes the travel assistant and heated steering wheel, but it is only available for versions with automatic DSG transmission.
The Tarraco X-Perience is available with the 150 hp 1.5-litre petrol engine, with the 190 hp 2.0 Tsi also petrol, with the 245 hp plug-in hybrid and with two versions of the 2.0 Diesel with, respectively, 150 and 200 horses. Only the two 150 hp engines are available with manual or automatic transmission, the latter being mandatory for the rest of the versions.
