The Traffic Group of the Civil Guard of Malaga received several warnings due to the presence of a driver who was driving with the airbags off, at reduced speed, constantly changing lanes and causing retentions. As if all this were not enough, the vehicle was also missing a tire.
The agents located him at kilometer point 246 of the A-7 motorway. Upon arriving at his position, they verified that he was driving at 70 km/h in a section in which the maximum speed allowed is 120 km/h and that, in addition to the airbags having tripped, the front left tire was missing.

Positive for alcohol and drugs
The agents verified that the car was constantly changing lanes and occupying the entire roadway, forcing other users to carry out evasive maneuvers to avoid a collision. In addition, the rest of the drivers avoided overtaking this vehicle due to the risk involved, causing a large retention.
Once they stopped him, the agents subjected the driver to a drug and alcohol test. The result showed a rate of 0.40 mg/l of alcohol in exhaled air and positive for THC, cocaine and amphetamines.
The Traffic Subsector of Malaga has investigated the driver of this tourism for a crime of reckless driving and another crime of driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcoholic beverages and drugs.
