We are going to show you only seven copies, with very varied brands, from Volkswagen to even Rolls-Royce. Tacky cars you wouldn’t want to see.

Throughout the history of the automobile, the different manufacturers have dared to do everything, giving rise to incredible creations in some cases and, in others, not so much. Next, we present the seven most tacky cars in history.

Surely, if we dive into automotive history, we could find a much more extensive selection. Whether from the manufacturer itself or modifications made later, the truth is that the result is not always correct.

We are going to show you only seven copies, with very varied brands, from Volkswagen to even Rolls-Royce. Yes, the prestigious British brand, characterized by good taste in its models, has also committed the odd atrocity.

The Volkswagen Polo Harlequin is that kind of experiment that doesn’t usually go well. This very special version was based on the 6N generation of the Volkswagen Polo.

As you can see, its main feature was its body painted in four different colors that could be combined in four different ways. In the United States they went further and also created the Volkswagen Golf Harlequin based on the third generation of the German compact.

Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith LWB

We warned you before, not even Rolls-Royce gets rid of a tacky thing and this Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith LWD is an example. Despite this, it was sold on August 15, 2014 for 154,061 euros.

It is a strange unit built by Vignale in 1954 and has a design full of edges. By the way, this luxurious saloon does not lack a particular toilet in the rear seats.

Hummer H2 SUT

Hummer has always been characterized by making very impressive off-road vehicles, but this time the shot went off the rails.

The Hummer H2 SUT was a kind of pick-up based on the huge SUV. A car that measures more than five meters in length, two meters in height and more than two meters in width that are not effective in the field nor practical for the loading actions typical of these vans.

By the way, the new electric GMC Hummer EV with a puck-up body… could it have been inspired by this H2 SUT?

Youabian Cougar

Among the most tacky cars in history, surely this Youabian Puma is the winner. It is a strange car of about six meters in length that is a mixture between SUV and convertible.

It was designed in the United States and its creators claimed that it was the result of listening to the needs of drivers in Los Angeles. The most striking thing is its 7.0-liter V8 engine with 505 hp.

Fiat Multipla

We cannot be too cruel with what is perhaps the best minivan ever made. At least the most practical, with two rows of three individual seats and highly efficient mechanics. Few cars are better than this for traveling. Another thing is its design…

The car was not very graceful, everything must be said. And it misses a lot for being an Italian car. If there’s one thing Italians know how to do, it’s to get a car into your eyes. Over time, Fiat removed the step between the hood and the windshield where the high beams were located.

Jeep Wrangler Dragon Edition

In 2012, Jeep presented a tasteless prototype at the Beijing Motor Show. It was created keeping in mind the Chinese culture, where the dragon is an important symbol.

So the Americans did not come up with anything other than to make a Jeep Wrangler with a dragon on the sides, which symbolized strength and power, according to the brand. The model went on sale a year later in the United States.

REVVING MY TWIN TURBO F12 FERRARI 8000RPM! *Feat: GINTANI*

We end the tackiest cars ever with a creation by Aaron Kaufman, a modified Ferrari F12 Berlinetta with twin turbos sticking out of the hood and questionable looks.

Kaufman wanted to considerably increase the power of his Ferrari, even more than double what it already had from the factory, that is, 740 CV. To do this, the engine had to be supercharged. The problem was the lack of space in the engine compartment to install the turbochargers.

The solution he found was to cut off part of the long hood so the pieces would stick out and be exposed. Finally, the Ferrari reaches 1,500 CV.
