At the end of November last year, the Czech firm presented the first restyling of the Skoda Karoq. The compact SUV introduced aesthetic, equipment and technology changes. Now, the renewed SUV has been officially put up for sale in our country and these are the prices of the Skoda Karoq 2022 for Spain.
What was Skoda’s third best-selling model in 2021 has become one of the main pillars of the company’s current product portfolio. The Karoq 2022 is presented as the mid-cycle update of the model, a vehicle that arrived on the market in 2017 to complement the offer with the Skoda Kodiaq (later the smaller Skoda Kamiq would arrive).
The restyling has introduced some changes at the design level, especially in the headlights and taillights, with new paint, and wheels in various designs and sizes ranging from 17 to 19 inches. The interior also receives some notable improvements, such as the new ambient LED lighting or the front seats with electrical adjustment and memory function.
The 2022 Skoda Karoq range is available with four trim levels: Active, Ambition, Style and Sportline. Added to this is a family of engines with two diesel and three gasoline engines, three and four cylinders with turbocharging, and powers ranging from 110 hp to 190 hp. There are manual and automatic DSG transmissions, as well as front-wheel drive and 4×4 versions.
Finally, a series of safety updates have been introduced, highlighting the Travel Assist system, predictive cruise control, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition or the new optional Crew Protect Assist system.
