The Tax Agency has chosen to enable specific protocols that will allow people who live in areas without internet to answer the calls that those affected need to make.
Many of the affected by DANA that has hit different parts of the Valencian Community, they need to process the aid announced by the Government as soon as possible to try to recover normality. However, communications have not yet been restored in all areas and there are still many homes that do not have internet and cannot, therefore, even obtain information about the approved aid nor process them, if the conditions to qualify for them are met.
Faced with this scenario, the Tax Agency has chosen to create special attention points for those affected in its offices in the province of Valencia. In them, we can both receive information and assistance about the tax measures implemented, as to facilitate the completion of any related procedure. In this way, personalized service can be provided to those who are still incommunicado.
A specific section in the Electronic Office
The tax organization has reported that it is planned to incorporate as soon as possible a phone number to answer the calls that those affected need to make to request information or process any help. In this way, it is made easier for the most affected people to access the aid program presented by the Government, even if their operator has not yet been able to regain normality of your communications. This number has not yet been enabled, but is expected to do so in the coming days.
For procedures such as obtaining digital certificates, powers of attorney, extension of deadlines for filing declarations, postponement of debts, etc., tax professionals will have a special point of attention at the headquarters of the Special Delegation of the AEAT in Valencia. All citizens who come to them will be attended to at these points, requesting information about the different measures to which they can opt.
In addition, all citizens assigned to the Administration of Catarroja, still closed, may contact any administration of the AEAT of the province of Valencia. A specific protocol will also be established for telephone assistance so that these people can be assisted by the Agency.
All the information in the Electronic Office
In addition to the measures that the aforementioned organization is carrying out to also provide service to people who do not have internet with personal or telephone attention, A specific section will also be enabled in the AEAT Electronic Headquarters in which all relevant information for those affected by DANA will be compiled.
In this section, direct access to a chat will be added to be able to receive advice through it. Also a request for a telephone appointment so that the AEAT staff can directly assist those affected.
Together, they make up a battery of measurements that can be very useful to cover the needs of all types of people, even in those cases in which the works to recover the communications infrastructure have not yet been completed.
