The Toyota Corolla Cross is one of the models of the Japanese brand that has been asked for the most in Spain in a long time. But there is good news: his arrival is just around the corner. We already know when orders for the compact SUV are going to open and when the first units are expected to arrive.
The official presentation of the model in our territory is scheduled for the return of summer, so reservations for the model will be opened in the coming months. Those interested will not have to wait much longer to be able to take control of their new car, since the first deliveries will take place between September and October.
The official confirmation of dates from Toyota is still missing, but these are the times that we were told a few weeks ago.
The wait is getting long and there is still much to know about the Corolla Cross, since the SUV is marketed with different engines depending on the country and its details for the Spanish market have not yet been specified.
It can be assured without fear of error that it will be a hybrid car, so it will have the DGT ECO label on its windshield, but it is not known what its format will be.
Elsewhere it is sold with an entry version with 140 PS, which accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.9 seconds and has CO2 emissions between 112 and 121 g/km. Above is another 199 CV, with front or integral traction, which goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.6 and 7.5 seconds, respectively, and approves emissions of 113 – 120 g/km and 119 – 127 g/km of CO2.
In all cases, as usual in Toyota hybrid engines, it mounts an automatic gearbox.
The last key point on which we must shed light is the price of the Toyota Corolla Cross, although as a reference we have the 37,900 euros from which it is available in Italy.
