Vodafone has accustomed its users to giving away extra gigabytes for important dates, such as Christmas or in summer. And the truth is that these are times when more mobile data is consumed and the red operator knows that very well. For this reason, you can now have up to double the GB (up to 50 gigabytes more) in your rate at no additional cost.
Having more gigabytes and paying nothing is what all Vodafone prepaid customers will enjoy. This promotion is valid until the end of September, so there is still plenty of time for you to enjoy extra GB without having to pay for them. An advantage that the telephone company usually gives away in summer.
More gigabytes in Vodafone for prepaid
Vodafone’s prepaid rates are valid for 28 days, that is, once that period of time has elapsed, you must pay the same price again for the plan you have contracted with the telephone company. Well, now you can take up to double the GB, which means up to 50 more mobile gigabytes in your rate. Everything will depend on the plan you have right now from the red operator.
This promotion was available until May 31, 2023. However, Vodafone wants to give gigabytes to its customers in summer. Therefore, it has extended the offer until September 27 of this year, that is, until after the summer. So, depending on the prepaid rate you have with the operator, you can enjoy more or fewer extra gigabytes as a gift.
If you are not yet a Vodafone prepaid customer, keep in mind that you will only pay when you receive the SIM card and make the first recharge. Now, you have to choose between some of their rates. Depending on the one you hire, you will have more or less GB as a gift:

Prepaid S: for 10 euros for 28 days with 50 gigabytes (25 GB of the rate + 25 GB as a gift from Vodafone) + 300 minutes for national and international calls. It comes with roaming for EU, UK and US.

Prepaid M: for 15 euros with 100 GB (50 gigabytes of the rate + 50 gigabytes as a gift) + unlimited minutes to national mobile phones and to Romania + 300 minutes for international calls. Includes roaming in the EU, UK and US.

Prepaid L: for 20 euros with 140 GB (100 gigabytes of the rate + 40 extra gigabytes) + unlimited national and Romanian minutes. It has roaming included in the EU, UK and USA.

XL prepaid: for 30 euros with 160 GB (100 gigabytes + 40 GB as a gift) + unlimited national and Romanian minutes. Roaming included in the EU, UK and US.

XXL prepaid: for 40 euros with 190 GB (150 GB + 40 gigabytes as a gift) + unlimited national and Romanian minutes. Roaming included in the EU, UK and US.
Therefore, the most you are going to get as a gift at Vodafone for the summer is an extra 50 GB free with the Prepaid M option. More than anything, because they give you twice as many mobile gigabytes. Although with the operator’s L, XL and XXL options you will always have 40 GB as a gift. So it’s not bad at all, since the top rate reaches almost 200 mobile gigabytes.
