There is no doubt that the Yamaha GTS 1000, also known as Omega for its curious chassis, was an innovation in the early 90s, and an excellent base for preparations.
When it was released, the Yamaha GTS 1000 drew attention for its advanced single-sided front suspension, with a steering axle linked to the revolutionary chassis.
The Yamaha Sport-Turismo also stood out for providing new technical solutions, such as the ABS braking system or electronic injection, a breakthrough in 1993.
With the passage of time, the Omega has remained an advanced model for its time, which although it did not reflect a commercial success, it has served as a quoted model for the base of preparations.
