These are the 10 best utilities that have been put up for sale in 2022.
Ford Fiesta
It is strange to put the Ford Fiesta on this list when this year it has also been announced that it will stop selling. Until the time comes, it can be purchased with its most recent upgrade, which is more tech-savvy and available with a 125PS MHEV engine or in its sporty 200PS ST variant.
Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo
The Skoda utility, characterized by its space and its affordable price, has expanded its range with the sportiest and most elegant version, featuring black exterior elements, red details and carbon fiber-like elements in the interior, and can be combined with all the engines in the range, from 80 to 150 hp.
Toyota Aygo X Cross
One of the few pure novelties within the segment. Toyota has completely renewed its model, adopting an SUV-style design, but still having the soul of an urbanite. It is only available with a 72 hp 1.0 three-cylinder engine, but you can choose between a manual gearbox or an automatic with paddles on the steering wheel.
Invicta Electric D2S
The cheapest electric car on the market was already available, but in 2022 it received an update: its multimedia system now offers a faster response, it is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and the digital display of its instrument panel has been restructured. Opel Corsa 40th Anniversary
Opel celebrates 40 years of the Corsa with a special edition limited to 1,982 units, which has a distinctive appearance thanks to the red color of its bodywork, becomes the most equipped finish in the entire range and can mount both the 136 CV electric mechanics like the 100 hp gasoline engine.
Mazda2 Hybrid
A curious situation, because Mazda continues to sell its own ‘2’, but has launched this year a hybrid variant that is basically a Toyota Yaris with the logos changed. It uses a HEV system of 116 CV and 120 Nm of torque, an automatic transmission e-CVT and approves a consumption of between 3.8 and 4 l/100 km.
Seat Ibiza
It is not that a new Seat Ibiza has been launched, but the Spanish model has received an update that has restructured its range to only two finishes (Style and FR) and has introduced small changes (such as slightly smaller wheels) so that all their versions are below 120 g/km and do not pay registration tax.
volkswagen polo gti
It was presented in 2021, but it was not until summer when Volkswagen put it up for sale. It is one of the few representatives left in the segment, along with the Fiesta ST and the i20 N.
Elaris Finn
