When accessing this page, you will find a map of all of Spain, with the entire road network and some icons at the points where an accident or event of repercussion has occurred.

With the cold wave that is going through Spain and half the country with the risk of snowfall and frost, driving implies a higher level of attention, since the risks of suffering accidents increase. To minimize these risks, the DGT has a website to find out about road incidents in real time.

This website allows you to find out the exact point of the road network where some type of incident has occurred, whatever it may be, and to know where there are traffic cuts, retentions, floods or any other problem that affects circulation.

The web can be consulted from a computer or from any mobile device, although the data is best consulted from the computer. It is highly recommended to consult this page before starting a trip to avoid surprises.

In addition to road incidents in real time, the DGT website offers information on the level of traffic on them. When you zoom in on the main roads, colored lines appear indicating the level of traffic.

The green lines indicate there are no traffic problems, the red ones that there are traffic jams and slow traffic and the black ones that there are important retentions.

On the other hand, on some roads you have camera icons that show the image of the road to see what state it is in, icons with information about speed cameras and the possibility of viewing the content of light panels or weather stations.

Finally, in each window that you open, you will have the option of pressing a button that will take you to the ‘My Queries’ tab where you can add any comment or ask any question. To do this, you first have to register on the web and be identified.
