The European Union has never viewed the merger between Orange and MásMóvil with good eyes, it even wants them to sell assets to complete the agreement. However, now there is another problem against these two operators. From Brussels they already warn the telephone companies that this agreement will reduce competition within the retail service sector, for which they have already sent an antitrust warning to the operators.
