As you already know, on February 14 there will be a blackout of DTT as we know it to give way to the new digital era promoted by the Government of Spain and the European Union. In this case, certain aspects of television will be regulated that will cause the channels to be seen at a minimum HD resolution. One of these channels is well known for its mystery series and documentaries, which we will soon be able to see in High Definition.

The National Technical Plan for Digital Terrestrial Television will be launched at the beginning of February of this year and several networks have already announced their commitment to change the broadcast from SD to HD of all their programs when the DTT blackout occurs in Spain . This is the case of DKISS, which states that it will arrive on the stipulated date without any problem.

DKISS joins the HD broadcast

If you don’t know the DKISS channel, you’ve probably seen some of their series or documentaries and haven’t realized it. This network is part of the DKISS Group and is a national free-to-air television channel that you can find both on the community antenna in your neighborhood, tuning into the channels on your television, or on decoders from telecommunications companies, such as Movistar+ (dial 94). , Vodafone (dial 164), Orange (dial 94), Telecable (dial 67), Mundo R-Galicia (dial 42).

Starting February 14, 2024, DKISS will join the High Definition broadcast, along with all the other DTT channels that have announced this great step.

If you have not yet configured this channel on your Smart TV, you simply have to retune all your channels from the settings and installation or television tuning menu. Then you must click on “Automatic channel search” and that is when DKISS should appear as a DTT channel. Afterwards, you will have to order the channel numbering to your liking, since they will always appear scattered.

What programming is on DKISS?

DKISS is full of episodic documentaries and other mystery series aimed at all audiences, although there are others that are aimed at young and adult audiences. We can find programming of all kinds, such as mysterious crimes, home renovations and restorations, health problems and diagnoses, etc.

Right now, several broadcasts are succeeding that have achieved a high level of popularity among the youngest, since they are series that engage and touch on many current issues.
