If you are one of the thousands of Windows enthusiasts with a passion for nostalgia, you are going to be as surprised as we were to discover a website that Microsoft has online. In it you have the opportunity to access mythical wallpapers from the history of the operating system in glorious 4K so that there is nothing to stop you from putting them on your monitor.
It’s surprising that Microsoft has these kinds of easter eggs and doesn’t promote them properly. But, in a way, that adds a bit of fun to our day to day. we talk about Microsoft Design, a website that the company launched earlier and is not updated often, but it has a database of wallpapers that is just perfect. In it we have, for example, the Bliss background from Windows XP that we remember so much.
The images of your life in 4K
If Microsoft had ever asked us if we had gone crazy to download a 4K wallpaper of the mythical game of Solitaire, we would have said yes with great enthusiasm. Especially since the background that they have designed in this example is unique. You can see it in this same image, with the cards being fired with the effect that occurred when you finished the game. But the good thing is that the background is not only a recreation of the original game, but it has been given an artistic touch so that it is even worthy of hanging on the wall of your house.
